Residence Polito is a complex of 16 apartments/holiday houses situated in the most central zone of Lacco Ameno, in the northern side of Ischia’s Island, in the district of Naples.
Residence Polito, in Lacco Ameno, joins to an extreme centrality a very functional aspect, and an unexpected tranquillity. Infact, the apartments are less than 50 mt. far from the central “Corso Angelo Rizzoli”, but , despite to this, they offer to their guests the possibility to spend their holidays on Ischia in the most absolute quietness, in an ambient very suitable for relaxing and regenerating.
he apartments are all situated in Via Pannella 54, a small street of the central avenue of Lacco Ameno, NA, Italy, named “Corso Angelo Rizzoli”. If you want to reach us by bus, leaving from Ischia Porto (the Harbor), you can take the buses N° 1, 2 or C.S. and reach Lacco Ameno; at the stop named “Piazza Girardi” you have to jump off, go along Via Roma and Corso Angelo Rizzoli by feet, and turn left 10 mt. after the “Bar Triangolo”. Go a little bit along Via Pannella, then. Our apartments are on the right side of the road.
If you want to reach us from Forio D’Ischia, instead, you can take the buses N° 1, 2 or C.D. , stopping at the “Piazza Girardi” stop and then follow the same route as above.

In Autobus, partendo da Ischia Porto, si può raggiungere Lacco Ameno con le linee 1, 2 o CS; Alla fermata “Piazza Girardi” è necessario scendere, e proseguire a piedi per Via Roma e metà di Corso Angelo Rizzoli (circa 20 m), dopodiché, poco dopo il “Bar Triangolo”, bisogna girare a sinistra. Ecco raggiunta via Pannella. Se invece ci volete raggiungere da Forio d’Ischia, potete prendere i bus 1, 2 o CD, fermandovi sempre alla fermata “Piazza Girardi” in Lacco Ameno. Una volta scesi, il percorso per raggiungerci è lo stesso.
Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di: cucina con forno e attrezzature, lavatrice singola per appartamento, biancheria completa, bagno con servizi e box doccia, terrazzino o balcone indipendente (con la possibilità di prendere il sole), riscaldamento gratuito per i clienti invernali.
