Excursion: Trekking to the volcanoes

Along the way we immerse ourselves in the 1,000-year history of the volcano, the rocks tell us about the time of activity of the volcano. Starting from the parasitic crater and the volcanic dome, we go towards the summit crater. We also reach a field of fumaroles, here we perceive the hot gases that rise incessantly from inside the earth. The route takes us to the mouth of the volcano, which we bypass entirely! The tour ends in a typical Ischia estate near Fiaiano.

TIP: after the trek, fortify yourself on the estate with delicious Ischia dishes and a typical house wine. Most of the products offered grow in their garden.
