A ride around the island in a microtaxi means seeing Ischia through different eyes, revealing the island in its purest and most original form—one with an almost traditional, old-world charm.
The tour starts at the port of Ischia and heads toward the village of Celsa, home to the historic and imposing Aragonese Castle, the iconic symbol of the island’s rich history. From there, it continues to Casamicciola, the beating heart of Ischia’s thermal spa culture, and on to Lacco Ameno to discover the "Fungo"—a rock shaped by the sea waves. Still in Lacco Ameno, you’ll find the Church of Santa Restituta and its archaeological excavations, followed by a stop at the picturesque San Montano Bay.
From bay to bay, the ride continues to San Francesco, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the town of Forio—perfect for capturing stunning photos! Then, a quick stop at La Mortella Gardens before heading down into Forio to visit the Church of Soccorso, dramatically perched on a cliff above the sea.
To the west lie the Poseidon Gardens, with the final stop at Punta Caruso.
This ride is different from a full island tour; it's designed for visitors who may have limited time but still wish to experience the island's history by visiting the main highlights along the coastal area.

Price includes
- Tour of the island with driver, pick up from the port of Ischia, Casamicciola and Lacco Ameno or hotel where the customers are staying only in the municipality of Ischia.
- The tour based on the starting municipality makes the tour according to the stages listed in the full description aside.
- During the scheduled stops of the tour, the driver will wait for guests at an agreed meeting point.
Price excludes
- The tour does not include pick up from Forio and Sant'Angelo which have a respective extra of 30 euro and 50 euro.
- The guide in a foreign language and any extra stops that are not included in the tour description.
- If guests prefer to spend a few hours visiting facilities not included in the tour, there will be a surplus of € 37,5 for each additional hour up to a maximum of 2 hours.
- If you choose the 10 -13 hour tour, lunch is not included.
Cancellation policy
- Possibility of cancellation without penalty within three days of the meeting.
- Tour cancellation is applicable up to 3 days before the tour date.
- If you need a transfer service, ask for our special rates. A minimum of 2 participants is required!
