..the 'Trekking and Yoga' experience will allow you to explore the island and yourself, in the name of psychophysical well-being.
A few kilometres of easy trekking will take us to the best area where we can settle down comfortably and without outside distractions.
A yoga teacher will show us the techniques to use and support us throughout the experience (45 min).
At the end we will resume our walk, ending the hiking route.
